Yes, in the Admin module, select show menu tab, click "NEW" button and browse for graphic file and SAVE.

Qn. How do I locate a report in the Administration module?
|
Open the admin module. On the report tab, using the drop down box which corresponds with the reports status (INERT; FINAL; PEND; NEW).

Qn. How do I allocate "status" to a report?
|
If you want to make the report inert, select the report and click inert button at the bottom of the page. NEW, PENDING and FINAL are all determined by the program. New reports are those that have neither initial nor final replies. Pending reports are those for which an initial reply, but no final reply have been sent, and FINAL reports are those for which both initial and final responses have been sent.

Qn. Why would a report be tagged open?
|
By default all reports are "OPEN" which simply means they can be viewed by all administrative users. Alternatively reports can be tagged (by author) as "CONFIDENTIAL" with the result they can only be seen by the first recipient on the email distribution list (normally the safety manager or administrator.)

Qn. Can a report be emailed to a recipient not on the original distribution list?
|

Qn. Is it possible to email the final report and attachments?
|
| No. Not at this time, however this functionality will be incorporated in a future upgrade.

Qn. Is it possible to "hide" a report?
|
Yes. Select the desired report and toggle the "INERT" button. This renders the report invisible to reporting functions.

Qn. Why does the program shutdown intermittently?
|
| This should only occur when using the admin section which contains an inbuilt timer that limits the time a screen may be left open without any action being taken to 10 mins. This is security feature which prevents an admin user from inadvertently leaving the admin module open. During the last minute a dialog box will appear printing the user to recycle the timer by clicking the clock icon at the bottom of the screen.

Qn. What is the purpose of the ALERT Module?
|
| The alert module notifies an administrator when a report is received without the need to have their email running.
